Fan-Made Content and Terms of Use for Music

皆様に安心して二次創作を楽しんでいただくため、以下の通りガイドラインを設けています。本ガイドラインを遵守している範囲であれば、個別の申請・連絡は不要で自由にお楽しみいただけます。
1. 適用対象
本ガイドラインは、【N_dog】が権利を保有するすべての楽曲・歌詞・ジャケットイラスト・公式MV等（以下「本コンテンツ」）に適用されます。
2. 許可している利用範囲（個人・非営利）
以下の用途において、非営利目的であれば事前の連絡なしでご利用いただけます。

SNS・動画配信サイトへの投稿
YouTube、Niconico、TikTok、X（旧Twitter）等での「歌ってみた」「演奏してみた」「BGM使用」「ファンアート（イラスト/動画）」などの投稿。

同人誌・ファンアートの制作
個人での同人誌頒布やイラスト作品の展示（※営利目的とみなされない規模に限ります）。

収益化について
動画配信プラットフォーム（YouTube等）の公式パートナープログラムによる収益化（広告収入）に限り、個人活動の範囲として利用を許可します。
3. 禁止事項
以下の行為は固く禁止いたします。

商用利用（法人での利用、グッズの大量販売、有料での音源配信など）

公式と誤認される表現（公式ロゴのそのままの使用、公式を詐称する表現など）

音源そのものの再配布（オフボーカル音源や原曲のファイルをそのままアップロード・転載する行為）

アーティストや第三者の名誉・形象を傷つける表現

公序良俗に反する内容、政治・宗教活動、特定の個人・団体を誹謗中傷する内容を含む利用

AI学習・AI生成コンテンツへの無断使用
4. クレジット表記のお願い
作品を公開する際は、可能な限り以下のクレジット表記（原曲情報・リンク）の記載をお願いいたします。

5. 免責事項・その他

二次創作によって発生したトラブルや損害について、N_dogは一切の責任を負いません。

6. 音楽ゲーム（シミュレーター・ファンメイド等）での楽曲利用について
ファンメイド作品や、ユーザー自身で譜面制作・作成が可能な音楽ゲーム（創作譜面・シミュレーター等）での楽曲利用については、以下のルールに沿ってご活用ください。

楽曲のご利用について
販売サイト等で正規の方法により購入・入手された音源であれば、基本的に譜面制作やゲーム内でのご利用が可能です。

レーベルリリース楽曲について
N_dog個人名義以外（各種音楽レーベル等）からリリースされている楽曲をご利用になりたい場合は、権利関係の確認が必要となるため、あらかじめ ndoginfo@gmail.com までお問い合わせください。

BPM情報について
楽曲のBPM（テンポ）情報等は、可能な限りBandcampやSoundCloudの各楽曲ページに記載いたします。ページ内に記載がない場合のBPMに関する個別のお問い合わせにはお答えいたしかねますので、何卒ご了承ください。

To ensure everyone can enjoy fan works with peace of mind, we have established the following guidelines. As long as you comply with these guidelines, you are free to enjoy creating fan works without the need for individual applications or notifications.
1. Scope of Application
These guidelines apply to all songs, lyrics, album cover art, official music videos, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Content”) for which [N_dog] holds the rights.
2. Permitted Uses (Personal and Non-Commercial)
You may use the Content for the following purposes without prior notification, provided it is for non-commercial purposes.
Posting on Social Media and Video-Sharing Sites
Posts on YouTube, Niconico, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), etc., such as “cover songs,” “cover performances,” “BGM usage,” and “fan art (illustrations/videos).”
Production of Doujinshi and Fan Art
Distribution of doujinshi or exhibition of illustrations by individuals (*Limited to a scale not deemed commercial).
Monetization
Monetization (ad revenue) through official partner programs of video streaming platforms (such as YouTube) is permitted solely within the scope of personal activities.
3. Prohibited Acts
The following acts are strictly prohibited.
Commercial use (use by corporations, mass sales of merchandise, paid distribution of audio tracks, etc.)
Expressions that could be mistaken for official content (such as using the official logo as-is or making statements that falsely claim to be official)
Redistribution of the audio track itself (uploading or reposting the instrumental track or the original song file as-is)
Expressions that damage the reputation or image of the artist or third parties
Use that includes content contrary to public order and morals, political or religious activities, or content that slanders or defames specific individuals or organizations
Unauthorized use for AI training or AI-generated content
4. Request for Credit Attribution
When publishing your work, please include the following credit information (original song details and links) whenever possible.

5. Disclaimer and Other Information
N_dog assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes or damages arising from derivative works.
Please note that the contents of these guidelines are subject to change without notice.
6. Use of Tracks in Music Games (Simulators, Fan-Made Works, etc.)
When using tracks in fan-made works or music games that allow users to create their own charts (such as fan-made charts or simulators), please follow the rules below.
Use of Tracks
As long as the audio files were purchased or obtained through legitimate means (such as on sales sites), they may generally be used for creating charts or within games.
Regarding Label-Released Tracks
If you wish to use tracks released under names other than N_dog (such as various music labels), please contact us in advance at ndoginfo@gmail.com, as we will need to verify the rights status.
Regarding BPM Information
We will list the BPM (tempo) and other relevant information for each track on their respective Bandcamp or SoundCloud pages whenever possible. Please note that we cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding BPM if this information is not listed on the page.
